DEFINITIONS
Parties - The two parties who are entering into this agreement are "Charterer" and "EXECUTIVE JETS LLC".

GENERAL
The quote is based upon aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 10 days. Upon acceptance of terms and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and binding contract between the two parties.

PRICES, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
All prices quoted herein are accurate on the date quoted, but are subject to change without notice, and are valid for 10 days. Full payment of flight is due 24 hours before flight date. If payment is not received within 48 hours after completion of flight, the credit card listed below/or on file will be charged with a 4% administrative fee. Flights booked within 24 hours of flight departure will have 48 hours to wire funds. Payment for additional fees such as premium catering, Wi-Fi, in-flight phone charges, ground transportation, de-icing fees in inclement weather, etc., will be due 7 days after invoiced date.
Cancellation terms:
Domestic travel: All domestic round trips that meet daily minimum requirements are subject to following: 50% if cancelled within 72 hours and 100% if cancelled within 48 hours
International travel: All international round trips that meet daily minimum requirements are subject to following: 50% if cancelled within 96 hours and 100% if cancelled within 72 hours. European travel excluded, see below.
Peak travel: Peak travel is defined by 7 days before and after all major holidays as follows: New year’s day, Presidents day, Super bowl Sunday Easter Sunday, Passover, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All peak period travel round trips that meet daily minimum requirements are subject to following: 75% if cancelled within 7 days of any peak travel period and 100% if cancelled within 5 days of any peak travel period.
One-way" Flights:All “one-way” flights, international, domestic, and Peak travel time periods, are non-cancellable and subject to 100% of quote if flight cancelled at any time after booking (including multi leg “one-way” flights that do not meet daily minimum requirements)
Daily minimum requirements: - Total aircraft flight time for all live legs has to exceed the daily 2 hour minimum over the requested total length of trip days. European Travel: - All travel that originates and ends inside of Europe will be subject to 50% cancellation once signed, and 100% cancellation fee within 14 days of departure date.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OPERATIONS
Charterer acknowledges that EXECUTIVE JETS LLC is acting solely as a broker and is not a carrier. Charterer also acknowledges that EXECUTIVE JETS LLC does not operate the flights or takes any responsibilities for outside services that Charterer authorizes EXECUTIVE JETS LLC to book on their behalf. Of all aspects Charterer further acknowledges that the air charter suppliers have sole responsibility, liability and control of all aspects of the aircraft charter services provided to them, including without limitations, the commencement and termination of scheduled flights, the operation, regulation, condition and safety of the flights, passengers, baggage, and cargo and other people and events associated with Charter's air travel, such as crew performance.

ITINERARY CHANGES and TRANSMITTAL OF CHANGES Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and subject to price adjustment. Notification of changes and/ or cancellations must be submitted within the cancellation timeframe listed above. Unforeseen circumstances such as any changes, fees, and flight charges, which are beyond Executive Jets Llc control, will be billed accordingly and at direct cost. Additional fees may include parking/ramp fees, premium catering, Wi-Fi, in-flight phone charges, ground transportation and de-icing fees in inclement weather.

RESPONSIBILITY
EXECUTIVE JETS LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the state(s) in which we have our principal business location.
